Summary of the 9 months of 2023

According to the data of the Civil Aviation Agency of Georgia, in the first 9 months of 2023, the international airports of Georgia
served 2,470,005 passengers, which is 38% higher than the data of the same period of 2022.

According to the data of 9 months, Tbilisi International Airport served 2,764,471 passengers, which is a 27% increase compared to
the same period of 2022, and 525,130 passengers were transported through Batumi International Airport, which is a 6% increase
compared to the same period of 2022. As for Kutaisi International Airport, it transported a total of 1,216,202 passengers, which is
a 100% increase compared to 2022.

There is a positive dynamic of the passenger flow also in local destination airports. In the period of 9 months of 2023, Mestia
served a total of 7,848 passengers, and Ambrolauri Airport served 1,575 passengers.

During the 9 months of 2023, a total of 18,915 international and 322 domestic flights were carried out in Georgian airports, which
is a 13% increase in terms of international flights and a 10% decrease in terms of domestic flights compared to the same period.
