“Petrocas Fuel Services Georgia” LLC announces tender:  PFSG_TBS_tender for the purchase of winter special clothing, footwear and thermal jacket

Data & characteristics:

  • Insulated, branded winter trousers for aviation fuel terminal personnel according to technical specifications, sketches, and photographs – 53 pieces;
  • Insulated, branded winter jackets for aviation fuel terminal personnel according to technical specifications, sketches, and photographs – 53 pieces;
  • Winter insulated branded jackets for the administration, laboratory and cleaning service working at the aviation fuel terminal, according to technical specifications, sketches and photographs – 4 pieces;
  • Branded thermal (fleece) jacket – 57 pieces;
  • Special high-top (winter) oil-resistant shoes without metal protectors, according to technical specifications (EN ISO 20347:2022) and photographs – 58 pieces;

Fabric:

  • Antistatic, heat and fire resistant, oil resistant, with high visibility reflectors and branding.

Note:

  • Quantities are indicative and may be subject to minor changes;
  • In case of any additional order placed by the customer within 6 months, the supplier is obliged to ensure the supply at the prices and conditions specified in the contract.

Location: Tbilisi

Deadline for performance/delivery:  1 calendar month from receipt of advance payment/signing of contract

Payment: Advance payment requests are considered individually. (Standard: 60% advance payment – remaining 40% within 5 days of completion of work)

The deadline for accepting offers:  10.11.2025

The winner will be the company that offers the best quality, time of completion and price (if the desired price offer is not accepted, the tender will be declared invalid).

After the winner is announced, the contracting company reserves the right to request the following documentation from the bidder:

  • Document that the applicant is not involved in a court process and is not undergoing bankruptcy, reorganization or liquidation;
  • Document from the National Public Registry Agency about the absence of public legal restrictions against a person;
