“Petrocas Fuel Services Georgia” LLC announces tender:  PFSG_Tender_Samtredia Rigid truck 26,000 Lt. and 23,500 Lt. Painting/Branding

Task/Description:

Complete painting/branding of 26,000-liter and 23,500-liter capacity aviation fuel tankers

  • Preliminary inspection, defect assessment
  • Elimination of visual defects, restoration of the original surface shape
  • Washing, drying, rust removal and cleaning
  • Priming, drying, painting, branding
  •  

Data, characteristics:

  • Length: 10m
  • Width: 2.5m
  • Volume: 26,000 and 23,500l.
  • Capacity: depending on the material being transported (usually – 20,800 t. – 18,800 t.)

Location: Tbilisi

Deadline for performance/delivery:  No more than 30 calendar days from receipt of advance payment/signing of the contract

Payment: Advance payment requests are considered individually. (Standard: 60% advance payment – remaining 40% within 5 days of completion of work)

The deadline for accepting offers is:  10.11.2025

The winner will be the company that offers the best quality, time of completion and price (if the desired price offer is not accepted, the tender will be declared invalid).

After the winner is announced, the contracting company reserves the right to request the following documentation from the bidder:

  • Document that the applicant is not involved in a court process and is not undergoing bankruptcy, reorganization or liquidation;
  • Document from the National Public Registry Agency about the absence of public legal restrictions against a person.
