Location:  Tbilisi (Adjacent to Tbilisi International Airport)

Work Schedule: Working hours during the probationary period 10:00 AM – 18:00 PM (Monday-Friday).

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Receiving materials, equipment, accessories, tools, etc. at the terminal
  • Verifying and recording the quantity and conformity of received materials
  • Accurately and organizedly record and enter materials and inventory into the system
  • Planned and unplanned – monthly, annual inventory of materials (Tbilisi, Samtredia, Batumi)
  • Registration of materials and inventory issuance
  • Daily reporting
  • Processing and recording received documents
  • Data Processing and comparison
  • Close relationship with the procurement, accounting, technical, operations and transportation departments
  • Maintaining order and compliance with disciplinary norms (personal hygiene during work, wearing the uniform)
  • Ensuring cleanliness in the warehouse
  • Driving a company-owned vehicle along the designated route
  • Compliance with HSE and fire safety norms and standards, both in relation to visitors and colleagues
  • Performance of other functions and duties related to the position

Qualification requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS office programs is required
  • At least 3 (three) years of experience in a similar position
