Location:  Tbilisi (Opposite Tbilisi International Airport, 0158)

Work Schedule:  10:00 AM to 18:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Performing procedures for receiving, measuring, unloading/loading, storing and pumping of RTC’s/Bridgers, products, special fluids at railway/stations at Tbilisi Terminal (identification-comparison of lids/seals and comparison of product quantity determining heights with relevant documentation under the supervision of the Sr. Operator and Terminal Head)
  • Distribution and control of jet fuel received by RTC’s/Bridgers into the aviation fuel reservoirs as directed by the Sr. Operator and Terminal Head
  • After receiving the jet fuel products by RTC’s/Bridgers, together with Sr. Operator daily recalculate the measured jet fuel and other special fluids levels according to the relevant calibration table  
  • O&M of materials and technical assets at the facilities, routine inspections and timely informing management in case of any malfunctions
  • Participate in working process of the aviation fuel inventory receiving-issuing commission, as instructed by the Sr. Operator and Terminal Head
  • Maintain/store measuring tools, instruments and inventory in a clean and orderly manner
  • Maintenance of the material assets of the terminal and participation in inventory process
  • Compliance with HSE & fire safety norms and standards, both in relation to third party and colleagues
  • Constantly improve the professional knowledge and experience, master new work methods, master new equipment and its operation, improve work technology, etc.
  • Coordination with the Sr. Operator and Terminal Head and provision of necessary information to the management
  • Perform other duties related to the position

Qualification requirements:

  • At least 2 (Two) years of experience in a similar position
