“PFSG” LLC announces the tender: PFSG-0041_TBS_Rebrending of the conopy of the Tbilisi Gulf Aviation Terminal’s administrative building

Date of announcement: 03.11.25.

Location: Tbilisi International Airport

Deadline for performance/delivery:  2 calendar months from receipt of advance payment/signing of the contract.

Payment: Advance payment requests are considered individually. (Standard: 60% advance payment; remaining 40% – within 5 days after completion of the work)

The deadline for accepting offers is:  05.12.2025.

List of documents to be submitted if interested (to participate in the tender, the bidder must electronically send the documentation requested below):

  • Price (Price must include all possible taxes (VAT, etc)
  • Experience in this field
  • Extract from the public register
  • Recommendations
  • Certificates of conformity and other technical documentation confirming the compliance of the materials used with the required technical parameters
  • MSDS of the proposed paints

The winner will be the company that offers the best quality, time of completion and price (if the desired price offer is not accepted, the tender will be declared invalid).

After the winner is announced, the contracting company reserves the right to request the following documentation from the bidder:

  • Document that the applicant is not involved in a court process and is not undergoing bankruptcy, reorganization or liquidation;
  • Document from the National Public Registry Agency about the absence of public legal restrictions against a person.
