Number of Passengers served at Georgian Airports Increased by 26% in 9 months of 2024. According to the data compiled by the Civil Aviation Agency of Georgia, in January-September 2024, Georgian airports served 5,686,748 passengers with regular and non-regular flights, which is 26% more than the number of passengers received in the same period of 2023.

In the first 9 months of 2024, Tbilisi International Airport served 3,622,830 passengers. The increase is 31% compared to the same period of 2023.

1,284,997 passengers were transported through Kutaisi International Airport. The increase in passenger flow compared to the first 9 months of 2023 is 6%. As for Batumi International Airport, it served 753,485 passengers. The increase is 43% compared to January-September 2023, .

During 9 months of the current year, a total of 24,348 flights were performed in the airports of Georgia. Compared to the first 9 months of 2023, the increase in flights was 25%. As for the use of Georgian airspace, compared to the first 9 months of 2023, increase is 28%. In total, in the reporting period, 219,876 flights were recorded.
