Batumi International Airport – The construction of our new aircraft refueling station is in active phase

As aware, the main activity of “Petroсas Fuel Services Georgia” LLC (Brand Name Gulf Aviation) is jet fuel import and refueling service providence to the Airlines and state entities. For this purpose, our terminals continuously receive, store and issue aviation fuel throughout Georgia.

Due to the increased passenger flow and demand at Batumi International Airport, our company started planning of a new construction project with significant investment years ago. In particular, we are implementing the brand-new aircraft refueling station according to the latest industry standards inside the territory of Batumi International Airport (Airport Highway No.220 ) which includes both infrastructural renewal and product volume increase. After completion of the project, Batumi Airport will be able to service the increased flow of aircrafts with Jet fuel more safely and efficiently.

From the planning and functional point, our refueling station will simultaneously perform jet fuel warehouse function, as well as product receiving, storing and issuing operations for refueling service of the aircrafts with our refuelers on apron. Currently, construction is in active phase and project completion is scheduled by the fall of 2024 year.
