Position: Jet Fuel Bowser Senior Driver-Technician (Category B, C)
Advertisement Date: 11.03.25 / Deadline: 11.04.25
Location: Batumi, Alexandre Kartveli International Airport
Work schedule: Working hours during the probation period: 10:00 -18:00 (Monday-Friday). After the probationary period, possibility to work in shifts – every third day.
Functions and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the safe, quality and timely execution of operations.
• Develop effective plans for the smooth and safe implementation of operations.
• Coordinate, monitor and ensure the quality of work of subordinate employees.
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting and cost optimization with management to ensure smooth, high-quality and safe operation of the fuel terminal.
• Ensure the shift handover process.
• Ensuring the implementation of the individual plan of subordinate employees, monitoring the service process.
• Constant reporting of completed tasks to the terminal head and management.
• Perform the established technological work, follow the rules for receiving, storing, quality control and issuing of product and fluids, as well as the rules for pumping. Timely measure levels of the jet fuel product and special fluids.
• Distribution and control of incoming cargo under the guidance of the Terminal Head.
• Receive timely measured levels of jet fuel product and special liquids.
• Recalculate the measured jet fuel product according to the relevant calibration table.
• Correctly prepare incoming and outgoing documentation and provide the necessary data for accounting in a timely manner.
• Analyze data, create reports and submit them to management on a daily basis.
• Supervise the implementation of work schedules set together with the terminal head and management.
• Routine inspection and supervision of terminal equipment.
• Participate in the work of the product Receiving-Issuing Commission, together with the Terminal Head, as well as in the inventory of fuel and lubricants available at the jet fuel terminal.
• Under the guidance of the terminal head, maintenance of the electrical system and calling in an additional specialist in case of malfunction.
• Control of order and cleanliness in the terminal area, ensuring the proper operation of tanks and equipment.
• Keeping measuring tools, instruments and inventory clean and tidy.
• Timely informing the immediate supervisor, terminal head about any problems in the working process.
• Follow labor and safety rules, sanitation and fire safety standards.
• Establish and develop relationships with customers.
• Operate the refueling vehicle / jet fuel bowser in full compliance with traffic and safety regulations. Deliver aviation fuel to helicopters and aircrafts safely and timely according to the flight schedule.
• Compliance with disciplinary norms and order (personal hygiene during working hours, wearing the uniform).
• Maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles (fuel reservoirs/refuellers) and the jet fuel terminal.
- Carrying out technical work by established regulations and standards and completing relevant checklists.
• Coordinated work with financial and administrative departments.
• Compliance with environmental, labor and fire safety norms and standards in relation to visitors and colleagues.
• Performing other duties related to the position.

Job Requirements:
• Job candidate must have a driver’s license of the appropriate category bowser (categories C and E).
• At least 3 (three) years of working experience in a similar position.
• Secondary or higher education (preferably in a technical field).
• Basic knowledge of office programs (MS Office).
