LLC “PFSG” announces a tender:  PFSG-T-0057 Tbilisi – Scraping and Painting of non-technological steel constructions (Roof and fencing) at the aviation fuel receiving pumping station

Technical specifications: We are seeking competitive bids from qualified, experienced industrial painting contractors for the surface preparation and coating of steel structures at the Aviation Fuel Receiving Pumping Station

Contractors must strictly adhere to industrial aviation safety and technical standards:

  • Surface Preparation
  • Coating System
  • Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to Flameproof/ATEX zone regulations. All tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) must be certified for use in explosive and hazardous aviation fuel environments

Data and Characteristics: 

Description: The scope is strictly limited to the following assets:

  • Station Steel Structures: Main structural steel columns, beams, supports, and overhead frameworks
  • Roofing System: External metal roof panels and associated drainage/flashing elements
  • Perimeter Fencing: External metal security fencing and gates enclosing the pumping station

Location: Tbilisi, Opposite the international airport

Deadline for performance/delivery:  30 calendar days from receipt of advance payment/signing of contract

Payment: 60% advance payment,  ​​35% after delivery and remaining 5% – within one month of commissioning.

The deadline for accepting offers is:  31.10.2026

  • Document from the National Public Registry Agency about the absence of public legal restrictions against a person.
